It was an amazing experience for me to stay in Diwans Court . The staff was great and it give me a pleasant impression. Such a nice rooms and well managed premium hotel .Will definitely recommend to friends and family .

Last week I had visited Cochin along with my family we stayed at Diwans court hotel , Very spacious and clean rooms the hotel looks very clean. we got very good service & awesome food, very helpful staff overall it was a good experience. Location is very good as well very close to the metro station and Railway station thank you to the management and the staff.

Waste management. No proper english speaking receptionist. No tissue paper in washroom. No door mats outside washroom door. Did not confirmed package inclusion or exclusions. Half of the dishes you order are not available I wonder why they mention huge selection. Management don't know how to speak to customers. One manager (who is owner of other hotel) confirms that dinner is in package and other manager slaps bill. Finally had to pay because of no clear communication from hotel's end.

Okay for 1 day stay, connected to city, should have more facilities and availability of foods on demand, otherwise, staff was co-operative and our experience for staying in hotel was okay, 1 day is enough for transit stay.

It is a property for budget travelers near Cochin boat yard. Middle class budget hotel kept clean. Food is O.K. with limited option. Very helpful staff. You can stay here and enjoy visiting the near by fort Cochin.
